Very low on staff. Our welcome was a little haphazard. However the enthusiastic front of house soon put things on a more professional level and thereafter the service was more streamlined. The wine list is good and fait.y priced, as is the menu.Our meal was very good, well-cooked and interesting. Despite having been here 21 years, the chef  has not lost his drive, nor his interest in creating exciting, new dishes. Sadly unlike the much more expensive one star in Beaune, where complacency has crept in.This is a great restaurant, and one to return to again and again.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. The kitchen is well cooked, thanks to the cook or the cook. The only regret is not to see the rest of the team finally to thank them, which I am correct here by wishing them a good continuation.
